Olivier Fieux

Olivier Fieux is a Senior Strategy, Risk and Compliance Consultant at Kudelski Security, where he helps organizations strengthen governance, improve control frameworks, and build practical cybersecurity programs that stand up to real-world risk.

He works with clients across industries to improve their security posture, aligning business objectives, security governance and technical controls through policy and documentation frameworks, compliance strategy, process improvement and third-party risk management. Since joining Kudelski Security, he has led and supported governance projects for major organizations, including the review and definition of security governance frameworks, ISO 27001 readiness work and incident response tabletop exercise programs.

Before joining Kudelski Security, Olivier held consulting roles at NTT Ltd. and Accenture, where he worked on large-scale business and technology transformation projects including security maturity evaluations, risk analysis, documentation management, PCI DSS compliance and IAM process review,. His background combines both strategic definition and operational delivery, giving him a practical view of how security programs are built, maintained, and improved over time.
