Marcel Baschisada is a Senior Cyber Resilience Consultant at Kudelski Security. He began his career in IT audit and risk management, assessing organizations against ISO 27001, NIST and NIS2. Today, he helps companies move beyond “compliant on paper” to truly resilient by designing and delivering crisis simulations and maturity assessments that test decision-making, validate response plans and uncover weaknesses across technical, operational and leadership levels.
Marcel aims to give leadership a clear view of real readiness and practical roadmaps that strengthen both regulatory confidence and operational security.
