Johannes Schaetz is Director, Cybersecurity Advisory (EMEA) at Kudelski Security, where he leads a team helping organisations translate risk into resilient outcomes. A former CISO and product leader, he advises boards and security leaders on strategy, architecture and operations, with deep expertise in human-centred security, insider risk, crisis management and SecOps automation.
Previously, Johannes was Chief Product Officer for security solutions at Asperiq and led Cyber Defence service strategy and design at InfoGuard. A frequent speaker and lecturer, he focuses on practical executive decision-making grounded in behavioural risk quantification.
