Emilie Grombacher
Emilie Grombacher is the senior director of human resources for the Kudelski Group with overall responsibility for the company’s strategy on developing and implementing mission-driven human resources.
Prior to joining the Kudelski Group, Emilie served as chief people officer at Market Enginuity, Inc. with responsibility for all facets of the HR function. Previous experience included senior roles that focused on recruitment, learning and development, talent management, and rewards. Emilie holds a B.S. in Psychology, and a M.S. in Human Resources Management as well as professional designations from HRCI and SHRM.
